Service Associate

The Service Associate role is designed for users who input operational rack data into the system.

Capabilities

• Record rack counts for predefined racks (UNI HOOD, UNI ROOF, UNI SPO, UNI TAILGATE, UNI DOOR).
• View overall rack data summaries.
• View their own recent submissions.

Limitations

• Cannot view attribution details for all entries beyond what is provided in aggregated or public tables.
• Cannot modify or delete entries once submitted (contact a Team Member if changes are needed).
• Cannot promote other users or change roles.

Expectations

• Ensure accuracy of rack counts at time of entry.
• Enter data promptly to maintain up-to-date records.
• Report any inconsistencies or errors to a Team Member.

Need broader visibility? You may request a role change to Team Member status through an administrator.
