Team Member

The Team Member role provides expanded visibility across operational rack data and collaboration oversight.

Capabilities

  • View all rack entries with attribution (who entered, when).
  • See aggregate totals and trends across all racks.
  • Access dashboards for operational review.

Limitations

  • Cannot modify system configuration or user roles (admin only).
  • Cannot delete user accounts.
  • Cannot edit historical entries (future feature may allow corrections).

Expectations

  • Monitor data quality and raise issues to administrators.
  • Support Service Associates by clarifying data collection standards.
  • Use data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Need to input rack data directly? You can still use the entry tools, but focus remains on oversight.
